Daltile's Future Professionals
 
Dal-Tile is a place where you can begin a challenging and exciting career. We are dedicated to providing entry-level professional level positions to innovative, creative and motivated college graduates. We began College Recruiting in January of 2004, attending one campus career fair. In a short time, we have grown and expanded our efforts to include several colleges where we are growing to be a significant corporate partner with respect to hiring graduates and assisting in the development of some of the academic programs.

    Our College Recruiting Program includes attending various campus career fairs, conducting on-campus student interviews and selecting students for a two-day Dal-Tile Headquarters site visit in Dallas, Texas. We believe our college recruits of today will learn and grow with Dal-Tile and become our leaders of tomorrow. We offer entry-level professional positions in our Manufacturing, Distribution, Research & Development, Sales and Logistics/Supply Chain departments.
    Manufacturing
    Dal-Tile produces and/or distributes over 700 million square feet of tile and natural stone each year thanks to the efforts of our winning team members at our Manufacturing Plants. Manufacturing opportunities include professional level positions at Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers. Dal-Tile pursues college graduates with degrees in Material Science, Operations Management, Electrical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
    Logistics/Supply Chain
    Our Logistics/Supply Chain department needs energetic, analytical professionals to help determine what products each manufacturing plant should produce each week and the schedule for that production and they work with suppliers (both domestic and international), RDCs and Sales to determine inventory levels in our distribution network. The Logistics/Supply Chain department is also responsible for accurate forecasting, inventory turns and product availability issues. Dal-Tile pursues college graduates with degrees in Business, Economics, Logistics, Math, Operations Management, Statistics and Supply Chain.
    Sales
    Our dedicated, energetic and highly motivated Sales Team sells our products through a variety of sources. Dal-Tile's Sales Team consists of over 2,500 passionate, motivated professionals who drive our business forward daily selling to our over 25,000 established customers and pursuing other potential customers. Dal-Tile pursues college graduates with degrees in Business, Finance, Management and Marketing.
    Distribution
    Dal-Tile offers challengine careers in Distribution. We are the largest importer of ceramic tile and operate five Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) across the U.S. Dal-Tile manages the supply chain for 9 manufacturing facilities and over 100 suppliers around the world requiring top talent in all aspects of the distribution business. Dal-Tile pursues college graduates with degrees in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management.
    Research & Development
    Our group of over 50 engineers and technicians work seamlessly with our marketing and manufacturing groups to provide customers with innovative products at an exceptional value. The Dal-Tile research center, located in Dallas, TX is equipped with all of the latest analytical and manufacturing equipment required to support our dynamic, growing company. Our unique blend of fact-based support and innovative thinking are the keys to our future success. We pursue college graduates with degrees in Ceramic and/or Materials Engineering.
